Parked cars on both pavements, narrowing road, preventing access for emergency services. Potential for injury.

Cars especially at evenings and weekends inconsiderately parking partly on pavements and partly on road on both sides of the road at the same time by the children's park especially, causing difficulty for normal cars to get past, and preventing access for emergency services and larger vehicles.

Double yellow lines on one side of the road would be a permanent solution perhaps.
