Car abandoned or poorly parked too close to junction

There is a navy blue VW golf or polo type car that has been at the bottom of brasenose road for a few weeks, but it is parked or been abandoned too close to the junction and temporary traffic lights, it’s dangerous as you have to drive into the oncoming traffic to go round it and larger vehicles cannot get close enough to trigger the traffic lights sensor.
