Half a dozen full plastic bags dumped

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1301609.

A pile of full pink rubbish bags with East Herts logo on them have been dumped in the old Letty Green Station car park (near to the Cowper Arms pub). Spotted on 1st May 2018 (not sure when dumped but some time in the previous 5 days)
