Oak tree that has been hit several times (and adjacent hedge driven through) just after a bend on tickow lane

This oak tree is located immediately after a bend on Tickow lane and has been hit previously by vehicles. The adjacent hedge/ fence area has recently been replaced too, indicating this is a common place for accidents. I realise the oak tree has been there a long time and have nothing against trees but fear the location of this tree will likely result in an avoidable fatality at some stage in the future if not removed...
