This manhole cover just south of Croissant Beurre on St Aldates street is causing a serious disturbance to residents. Every time a vehicle runs over it there is a very loud clank. As you can see from the close up it is causing severe wear and tear to the tarmac as well. This could soon present a danger to cyclists and other road users.
