Abandoned car by roadside, now collecting other fly tip stuff.

Sent to Perth and Kinross Council 3 minutes later

This car was originally in the field nearby after crashing through the field barrier some 8+weeks ago , now placed near the field gateway with "police aware " signs stuck to it. It is now attracting other junk/fly tipping ( microwaves,etc) and is frankly an eyesore as you enter the village. Vehicle number registration plates are still affixed.
