Confusing contractors sign

Sent to Leicestershire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1294876.

A sign saying 'No left turn into Beggars Lane' has been put up on Hinckley Road, but it is not clear that this only applies to contractors vehicles. This is leading to confusion.
