Footpath on corner of Rothesay Avenue and Kingston Road

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 14:55, Mon 16 August 2010

Sent to Merton Borough Council 4 minutes later

Ever since building has completed on the corner of Rothesay Avenue and Kingston Road the dug up portion of the footpath has not been completed and put right to its original condition.

There is a lot of rubble, sand and weeds in this section of the footpath against the building even though it is haphazardly sectioned off.

It is currently an eyesore which impacts the area in which we live adding a derelict feel to the area?

Whose responsibility is it to return the paving to original condition, builder or council?

How long does the council/builder/corporate body responsible for this section have to resolve the current unsatisfactory state of the footpath?

Can something be done through this website to help put the footpath paving right.
