Raised 'Soil' manhole cover on grass verge outside number 28.

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1289199.

The manhole is raised above the ground on one side by a good 3 inches, several people have tripped in the last few days. It's on a slope, so level one side and protruding the other.
