6-8 bags of waste left in a residential area at the junction of Upton lane and Upton rocks. ( where the road merges into Upton rocks and Upton lane veers to the left- ) Waste has been there for 48 hours. Reported by phone and was told they would be moved today. Still there. Health hazard and could attract rats and vermin.
