Wheeled bins x4 on the pavement with cars parked on pavement causing obstruction for elderly with walking aids and electric wheelchairs, forcing them onto the road. there is a place for the bins but owners of 2 properties are refusing to use it leaving everything on pavement. often opened and overflowing, encouraging the birds, rats and foxes. these bins are outside their properties. happening for about 1-2 years..

  • Hi, property at the end of the terrace has moved his bins and appears to be making an effort by having the bins on his property, however the area in the attached photo remains as it always is, the pink house is usually messy and I watched the residents yesterday ignore all the mess after the bins/recycle visit.. cheers for your help..

  • This particular bin is not being looked after and is placed away from the residence now.. These people are not interested from preventing disabled users from having to use the road to get by.. this is a busy road.

  • I had to help an old lady traverse onto the road from the payment in her wheelchair as the bins and cars parked on the pavement were obstructing her way ... no change!
