Rats are thriving in the stagnant ditch that runs along next to Tavistock infants, all saints juniors and calthorpe Park schools. The ditch acts as an overflow from the canal then runs along the border of grove farm and Hawkins grove/swan way. The part along near the schools is foul smelling, full of rubbish and proof here of rats. This should never be OK when our children regularly use this path to walk to school.
