A newly planted tree was pulled out if the ground a couple of weeks ago. it was planted by the basketball court in Blake's Rec near to the fence with Oak Lodge school. someone keeps moving the tree about and the large wooden stake which supported it us here but has also been moved about since the damage was done.

Hello..ive received an update saying that you've reviewed this and the tree doesn't need any remedial work at this time!!!!. it has been pulled out if the ground and is no longer in its planted hole. the roots are bare and on display and the tree has been moved several.times since whoever did this has removed it from it's planting hole! I can assure you it does need attention.......bit bewildered by the response.

Our contractors report that the tree has been replanted. I will inspect tomorrow to confirm.

Hello. thank you for your update. Someone did replant the tree the day I reported it, but it has since been uprooted again and now sits in the rubbish bin opposite the hole it was pulled from. Such a shame. thank you .

Thanks for your update. It is indeed a shame to see a young tree vandalised. When I came to inspect the tree was nowhere to be seen. I have enquired as to where it is now to see if it is salvageable.
