Rubbish a serious problem - need new bins

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category by Sarah Manovski at 14:07, Monday 16 April 2018

Sent to Enfield Borough Council 3 minutes later

Every morning I walk my dog through the park and there is always rubbish everywhere. In the ponds, on the grass, tonnes surrounding the bins. It's honestly like a 3rd world country.

I understand that the council cannot pay someone every day to clean the park but the bins are unsecured and foxes are the likely culprit of making the mess, so I am urging the council to purchase more secure stronger bins so foxes cannot get in.

There is always tonnes of rubbish around the children's play area and in the ponds, and the rubbish is a danger to both children and the birds in the ponds.
