Recently filled and new potholes

There are recently filled potholes opening up again and new ones appearing along the entire length of Clarence Street. The temporary repairs are just not up to the job. In my opinion the only solution to this heavily used road is to resurface the whole length. Expensive I know, but if not done the repairs will continue to be a never ending cycle.
