Pavement constantly blocked by parked up vehicles

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category by Reg Barritt at 11:08, Wed 11 April 2018

Sent to Cheshire West and Chester Council 2 minutes later

Pavements damaged and in serious need of refurbishment while cars need to be removed from pavement parking as walkers including mothers and fathers with pushchairs on this route end up on this narrow road and hazarded by traffic. A solution: Take a strip off allotments and create a resident parking bay the length of much the road.
