  • 25 September, 2018--the rubbish being thrown over the wall in the space between the wall and the former Sydenham police station on the corner of Dartmouth Road and Willow Way is becoming out of hand and disgusting. I have seen rats, and there are homeless people living in tents against the police station, half-covered with trees and bushes. The rubbish thrown there includes fast-food boxes, bottles and chicken legs.
