  • LA failing to tackle the problem. An improved policy was prepared and submitted some months ago and has never been acknowledged or responded to. under the localism bill communities do not have any accountability from local councils while central government reply when informed only by ducking the issue. they are paid only to repress the communities they are supposed to serve. . Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupified evasion ; and current UK Government practices both in loads.

  • No change of approach from LA. The now emerging Local Plan does not seem to pay any attention tot he need. If Prince Charles (Earl of Chester) or Duke of Westminster lived in this locale it might be different!
