Many large lagoons have appeared on Mill Lane

Mill lane is a public bridleway and footpath between Kibworth road and Smeeton Westerby and forms part of the only safe pedestrian route between Kibworth and Fleckney. At the moment sections of it are impassable to foot traffic due to large muddy lagoons forming across the whole width of the path. Could the council see fit to divert some of the recovered road surface material from its many resurfacing projects to fill these up please?
