SBC bin lorry has lots of junk falling out of it every time it stops

There are screws, bolts, cat litter and loads of other junk coming out of the lorry, as if its leaking. Wherever the lorry went, there were screws and things lying around. This includes Barnwell, Rudd Cl, Wortham Way and Breakspear; there's junk from the bin lorry in all those areas. Bin lorry was for refuse. Please can this waste be cleared up and if possible the bin lorry be inspected? Many thanks.
