Sent to Charnwood Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1268362.

Adult around mid 30s loitering in the bushes around the park, no children with him. Drug users often use the park bushes to inject, needles are usually left behind. Description is Grey hoodie, black jacket, navy joggers, black trainers, tired and wrinkly appearance, tattoos on hands.
