Bushes growing half way over pavement

Sent to Harborough District Council and Leicestershire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1267089.

The bushes are currently leafless and growing right over the pavement, I've snagged headphones and had my eyes jabbed on more than one occasion.

Updates

Overgrown bushes have been reported to David Wilson Homes who are responsible for the hedge and have said they will trim back, so parish council is chasing for timescale.
