Vans parked on the bend

Sent to Hampshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1265292.

Vans parked on the bend on Parklands Avenue and Bevan Road, whilst blocking part of the path way, it also causes the traffic traveling from Parklands Avenue to move into the on coming traffic from Bevan Road, I am surprised that there are no accidents rising from this.
