Collapsed and blocked drain

Sent to Norfolk County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1264822.

This problem is opposite the florists on West End. Drain has sunk 4 inches and has been blocked for about 2 months or more. Flooding is now half way across the road and all of the footpath. Aggravated by a drain on the opposite side of the road which has also collapsed. 2 council 'workmen' wereseen throwing tarmac in the blocked drain when it was under water due to flooding, one can only wonder what their intention was!
