More than 20 cars blocking footpaths and parked on double yellow lines

Parked from the entrance to the Magnet showroom carpark to Swansea Street, on both sides of the road. More than 20 vehicles in question. Are the council going to bother to do anything about this? I was under the impression that parking on double yellow lines and up to junctions was against the law???? And blocking footpaths with cars certainly raises moral dilemmas. Do something.
