Tarmac has worn excessively and become dangerous

Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 15:21, Fri 30 March 2018

Sent to Leicestershire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1262780.

The part of the road is from the triangle in Mowsley village, coming away from the village towards Laughton (before the left turn to Dags Lane. The road is affected for circa 200 metres. On this road, the tarmac has worn over a period of years and has created a large camber - plus the road surface has become very slippery. In the last month, 3 horses have completely slipped & fallen to the ground on their sides. It is only a matter of time before a rider becomes seriously injured from the poor state of the road as it's not being regularly maintained by the council.
