Sent to Aberdeen City Council 3 minutes later

This pothole is an elongated stretch of road that can not be avoided due to narrow residential road with cars permanently parked on other side of the road As this section is at the bottom of the hill it frequently gets covered in deep standing water after heavy rain, making pothole invisible. Driving on this section inrain sends up huge spray wave onto pavement (and pedestrians) as cars drop down into pothole (even at slow speeds). This issue has been here over 2+ years but last 6 months has become much worse due to the weather.
