The litter bin at the junction of Warner Road and Walton Road Ware overflows constantly with dog poo bags as well as litter,

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1261102.

We have no dog poo bins in this area and everybody has to use the litter bins which means they are overflowing with bags of dog waste, not very nice when they all fall out, please can we have a proper dog poo bin, it would be so much more pleasant particularly in the warmer weather which will hopefully come soon.
