Hgv driving on grass verge

I saw this vehicle as the driver got into the cab. The vehicle reversed backwards off the grass verge onto Croft Way. The vehicle then drove away towards Swannington Rd. later inspection showed the grass verge to be damaged.

  • The Leicestershire County Council refused point blank to even send somebody to inspect the damage. There is an obvious culprit here and the company should have been pursued for the cost of repairs. The “Customer Advisor” at the LCC has a perverse way of viewing civic pride.
