Blocked storm drain

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 125817.

This storm drain in the gutter is completely blocked with plant debris and often has grass growing from it!

There aren't any plants growing there anymore, but it's still blocked.
