Water Leaking

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 125816.

There is water leaking across the pathway - it has been for almost two weeks now (22 July 2010). Looks to me like a broken water pipe underground.
