Very loose manhole cover outside Tom Gate on the road.

When vehicles run over this manhole cover it it makes a loud noise.It is very loose and getting worse.It makes people jump! It is also near 2 churches. As people are often feeling very sensitive when visiting places of worship.Funerals,memorial ceremonies etc.(Easter) It would be compassionate to silence the problem. Thank you.
