Poor Drainage leads to very large puddles forming across road and pavement

Whenever it rains a very large puddle forms at this junction, spreading across the road and the pavement. It prevents pedestrians from being able to reach the crossing to press the traffic light button, and if they wait in the relevant place to cross, as well as standing in water at least an inch deep (3-4 inches deep at the kerbside), they are likely to get drenched by passing vehicles who are unable to avoid the puddle. Particularly an issue as it is the closest crossing to the Nuffield Hospital which is attended by people with mobility issues.
