Raised joint

Sent to Hampshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1253448.

There is a raised joint on the north-west quadrant bend in the roundabout. I reported this in 2016 and it is now shown as fixed, but it patently isn't. It's very distracting when concentrating on driving round the roundabout to have this sudden sharp jolt. If it had been caused by a utility company it would have been defected immediately. Different rules for HCC?
