Electrical box left open near Foxcotte Road end of public footpath to Tower Close

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Test Valley Borough Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1253270.

Chalk marks were left on pavement at Foxcotte Road end of public footpath from Tower Close several weeks ago. It appears an engineer may have left the box open since then. It is not clear who owns the box as the only markings on it is a sticker saying 'warning 230 volts'.
