Rubbish was taken away for a day or so and is piling up again. This applies for several places along the upper part of the High Street from about Nr. 81 onwards. Bin bags are on the pavement at 81, 69, 55, 49, 47 and 3-5 High Street on most days of the week and I can only imagine that people in these houses don't have or choose not to use bins. As soon as a bin bag is full they put it on the pavement. This stretch of road is the first impression visitors get of Penge. Please do something lasting about it! Thanks.

Rubbish outside 81 High Street is there again. I would like to know what you are planning to do about this. Meanwhile I have heard that this is a longstanding issue, which the Council does not seem to be able to resolve. I will therefore address the local councillor with this.
