Noisy manhole cover.

Manhole cover loose and very noisy on roundabout at entrance into manor road from A27, this affecting sleep of residents, aka this has been addressed and fixed twice before but now even noisier.

  • Usually fairly quick response. But this manhole cover remains unfixed and is getting extremely noisy, so much that it wakes us when traffic starts to build around 5am.

  • Not fixed, disgrace, manhole cover owned by southern water, A27 looked after by England highways, they cannot get there heads together to sort out, there will be a serious accident when drain collapses, also the noise is above legal limit.

  • Still not repaired, beyond a joke, England highways & southern water couldn't organize a p*ss up in a brewery, I hope the drain collapses completely and vehicles get badly damaged, been over 6 months, no planning, no action, no good !!!

  • Took near on 8 mths but eventually fixed. We can all now sleep easy.
