Large gully in middle of road, approx 1.5 metres in length, 3-4 cm deep and widest at about 15 cm.
Reported in the Potholes category by M. Anderson at 18:20, Tue 20 March 2018
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1252043.
This pothole has been ignored by all (residents and Highways Department). It's a safety hazard for cyclists (who could be thrown off their bikes, resulting in serious injury, or death), or litigious confrontation with motorists, whose tyres and wheels could be damaged by it.

When I previously contacted a Conservative Councillor about an 'advance stop box' for cyclists on a traffic light junction (opposite the Shell Service Station on the A40 Gloucester, near TGI Friday), she reported it to the Highways Department, who eventually repainted it.
I still await this pothole problem and the other one (at the juction of Granley Road / Glouester Road A40, adjacent to the Shell Service Station). An amateurish attempt was made to fix it, which should never have been signed off by Highways Agency Staff. It was back to its perilous state within 7 days.
