A44 Litter

From the Wolvercote roundabout to Yarnton Roundabout Sandy Lane both sides of the road including the central reservation are absolutely strewn with litter. As a major tourist route between Oxford and Woodstock the hedges and grass verges are an absolute mess. The situation from the Peartree roundabout to the Kings Canal Bridge has been made worse by someone taking residence in a van beside Kings Canal Bridge. Since residing in this spot, the surrounding area has become an open garbage area. This has been ongoing for mo re than 12 months. No litter is ever collected. The section of the A44 from Wolvercote Roundabout to Peartree Roundabout is even worse, I cycle this route every day throughout the year and daily it becomes more litter strewn without any clearance.
