Missing Life Buoys

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1251035.

All life buoys normally located on the footpath between Sainsbury’s car park and River Lea appear to have been stolen or are missing.
