Kerb is blocking a drain pipe and is a tripping hazard

The drainage pipe for rain water from the roof passes under the kerb.

A) The kerb is broken and is a potential hazard, there has been at least one twisted ankle.

B) The drain pipe is blocked and floods the pathway when there are heavy rain showers.

Has been here for a while and is getting worse
