Garden wall in danger of collapse

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 08:09, Sun 18 March 2018

Sent to Hampshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1249165.

The garden wall on the junction of Whitley Way (east side) and Hollands Wood Drive is badly cracked and appears to be in imminent danger of collapse. The height of the wall, plus attached foliage, could cause serious injury to any pedestrian walking if it collapses. This appears to be due to the excessive amount of garden foliage growing against and over this wall. The extent of this hedging also makes it difficult for pedestrian/wheelchair/pram passage along the pavement, as it never appears to have been sufficiently trimmed back to allow wide and free access on the pavement.
