Therr are lots of unauthorised compny advertisment signs attached to the street furnitute all along Hennef Way

The signs make the whole area look a mess, and at times affect motorist vision of oncoming vehicles

  • I have been contacted by the council who told me that these fly advertisers pay to advertise on these fly posters. I don't believe that's true. Totally understand companies like RAC,AA etc., pay for signage, but a piece of old plastic that's cable tied to a lamppost is hardly quality advertising. I think I was fobbed of by the council. There is no reason why council staff who are out and about cutting grass, street cleaning etc. cant pull these fly adverts down and put them in the bin. The roads and town would look much cleaner and better if they did so.
