It is unclear why this has been closed as this issue remains. I regularly cycle through this junction and it is littered with debris (stones and grit). It is not particularly safe for a cyclist (braking in an area of loose material), and I'm sure for those on narrower tyres there is a puncture risk.
Please arrange for the junction to be swept.
I also ask that OCC arranges for Manor Road in Brize Norton to be resurfaced. It is in very poor condition with large areas of the original surface having worn away and there are many holes in the surface. For a cyclist the surface is uncomfortable to ride on and there is a need to weave in and out of the holes.
