Armchair dumped

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1246538.

Thais armchair was one of two dumped aside access gate. It is now in the lower field to the left of access gate. The other armchair is now in the tribe under the bypass tunnel at the end of the roman road further south, along with tires. This could cause a flood problem.
