The black public bin was moved in January

Sent to Glasgow City Council 3 minutes later

The black public bin was moved in January 2018 from being in front of number 1 Oakfield Avenue to the pavement outside of number 2 Oakfield Avenue. The bin now blocks the passage of pedestrians on this pavement, especially for wheelchairs and prams/ pushchair users. It makes it difficult to walk past with two shopping bags in hand. It also means there is one less bin for use as the crowds head to Great Western Road on the side of the road that is by far the most used. It is not clear what advantage there is in having the bin outside number 2 Oakfield Avenue. I wonder if the position of the bin can be reconsidered.
