There is a manhole cover in the road that has become loose. Noisy when cars go over it. Keeping us awake at night

  • We have investigated this report and found the issue to be the responsibility of Thames Water. We have therefore referred the enquiry to Thames Water. Future issues with Thames Water infrastructure can be reported directly to Thames Water via: http://www.thameswater.co.uk/ 16266.htm

  • This has still not been repaired. It’s just getting worse!

  • This cover is the responsibility of Thames Water and the issue has been reported to them again. It is encouraged that the Thames Water are contacted directly by the customer to escalate the problem.
