Pothole causing serious vibrations - traffic lights on Kent House Road/Lennard Road

There is a pothole at the traffic lights on the corner of Kent House Road and Lennard Road that is causing serious vibrations every time a bus or lorry drives past. This is a busy junction and heavy traffic flows through here at all hours. My house shakes badly and cracks are starting to appear in my bedroom and bathroom walls. My children and I have been unable to sleep properly because of the shaking in the night.
We have experienced vibrations like these a few years ago, which subsided when the road was resurfaced but now they are back again and the shaking is worse. I have had to report potholes and bumps in the road around these traffic lights on a previous occasion.

I have had temporary lights outside my house since last Thursday, which I had believed were part of the traffic management system that was needed in order to repair the pothole on Kent House Road. However the lights have been removed as of yesterday and, while a leak was fixed across the road, the pothole has not been fixed, even temporarily and is continuing to cause shaking to my house.
Please could you provide an update as to why the hole still hasn't been fixed?
