Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1243151.

Footpath in castle grounds next to St Andrew Street car park floods needs raising - went to HCC on fixmy street but confirms it is EHC issue - when wet you are forced into grassy / muddy area - needs to be reported to EHC

Updates

Assume will take time to resolve - yesterday was especially bad following continuous rain - path was not passable and surrounding grassed area was muddy and difficult to walk upon.
