Sent to Horsham District Council and West Sussex County Council 4 minutes later

There is more and more litter on our streets, A264 towards warnham and A24 especially around the slip roads at Broadbridge heath. We've just driven through France and the autoroutes were litter free. Moment we drove out of channel tunnel into Kent the litter was all along our roads and motorways. Why is this? Need to have much more rigours fines and people caught throwing litter and fly tipping should be made to do community service picking up litter.
